Creating Humpty Dumpty

Humpty Dumpty's body was created from a framework of mdf strips cut into the shape of his body and then joined top and bottom onto disks. The body was covered with layers and layers of newspaper, stuck on using PVA wood glue - a very messy job, hence the aprons
The framework can be clearly seen in the left hand picture. The body has been partially covered with one layer of newspaper. The right hand picture shows the builders busy adding further layers of newspaper.
